Waterman teachers have already been hard at work collaborating and planning sound instructional lessons for students. Our third grade team is well versed in collaborating. Each week, the teacher and the ESL teachers meet at least three times to plan: one day for math, one day for language arts and one day for content. In order to make this meeting run more efficiently and to identify the goals for the meetings, the team sat down to establish the norms and routines for planning. Here is the product of the collaboration. Thank you Caitlin Wood, Tina Showalter, Erica Bengler-Cooper, Marc Shoenhardt, Meg Clem, and Amanda Grover!
